LIABILITY WAIVERS CAN ALSO BE PRINTED & HANDED IN AT THE Ocean Reef Sea Sports Club & filled out in person at the venue. All Waivers signed at the Venue in person must be returned to the Venue upon completion. (we encourage you to take a photo of the document for extra proof upon any loss of documentation.
